Our Conditions
of Hire
Application for the
hire should be made on the official form and
forwarded to the address shown on the booking form.
Applications cannot be considered unless the
applicant hereinafter referred to as the Hirer
agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

All agreed hire charges shall be payable by the
Hirer Two Weeks before Wedding except Hereinafter
provided no part thereof shall be returnable to the
Hirer except at the Proprietors discretion.

Except as hereinafter provided the Proprietor shall
not under any circumstances be liable for any
compensation reimbursement or other payment to the
Hirer or indemnify the Hirer against any lass,
damage or liabilities sustained by the Hirer arising
either directly or indirectly out of the failure of
the Proprietor too provide the agreed hire service
on the failure of the vehicle(s) to operate to the
Hirer's reasonable satisfaction if due to any defect
in or breakdown or stoppage of the vehicle(s) or if
due to any other cause beyond the Proprietor's
control.

If for any reason the vehicle(s) is (are) not
available at the time on commencement of hire the
Proprietor shall if requested by the Hirer replace
the vehicle(s) with alternative vehicle(s) of
different make but of similar seating capacity and
performance but if not so requested or if no such
alternative vehicle(s) is available then the Hirer
shall be repaid any hire charge and deposit paid by
him but shall have no other claim of any kind
whatsoever against the Proprietor.

All cancellations must be sent in writing.
Acknowledgement will be sent by return of post.

All money paid will
be refunded if cancellation is due to sudden illness,
accident or death within either family. |
